There are many unique features included in the system like 3mm FBH sensitivity setting, 115% coverage, test speed of up to 15 m/min with 2 mm distance from top & bottom surface for the Strip/Coil body as well as both Edges. The system will be suitable for detecting lamination and other manufacturing defects which are oriented parallel to the surface. It will meet the requirements of ASTM – SA 435, API, SA 578, API 5L, ISO 12094, ISO 10893-9, EN 10160, SHELL, TOTAL, DNV and similar international specification. The Wall thickness monitoring can also be incorporated with the resolution up to 0.001 mm & accuracy cab be of +/-0.1 mm. The customized test report can be customized with various types inclued Strip chart, C scan report, detailed report, parameter reports, etc.

Automated ultrasonic inspection solution for Industrial Cylinder for Longitudinal & transverse oriented OD/ID flaws as well as wall thickness monitoring symultaneously in one go. The test system follow the test requirement as per specification IS 8451. The economical test electronics DS 848 – max 8 channel manufactured by EECI has been used to test the job. The UT test channel has independent setting of UT parameters for each channel & can be generate the encoder based test report or time based test report having each channel strip chart. The customer logo can be incorporated on the test report if required. The high end solution can also be done with using the DUT-e08 based test electronics which will have industrial grade PC hosts the acquisition and analysis software.

The other way to test full cross-sectional, we shall offer probe rotating or Job rotating based test system. In Job rotating, there will be helical movement of job with static probe. In this test system, there will be 3-4 Immersion probes (or 6-8 probes) placed in the Immersion tank. 2 nos probe will be for Longitudinal oriented flaws clockwise and anti-clockwise directions & the balance 1-2 no probe will be used for the normal beam testing/lamination testing/Flat bottom hole detections. The probe rotating based test system will have rotation of probe & linear pass of the job.
